How can I find updated information about the encoding capability of a graphics card？

Recently, I developed a program that does not perform well (image quality after coding) on Intel UHD graphics 620. I don't know whether the updated driver has solved this problem. Where can I see the driver's optimization or update information for the encoder SDK?
