How can I get interlaced resolution?

I connected vga to scart adapter to laptop and set 720x576 50p and im getting double screen. I need to get 720x576 50i but there is no option for interlacing in custom resolution. I also tried custom resolution utility but that resolution is not showing up in display settings.
