How can I increase Dedicated Video Memory and decrease Shared System Memory?

Sir/Mam, I have Intel HD Graphics 2000.My pc has total graphic memory is 1664 mb. But dedicated video memory is only 32 mb. BIOS method is not working for me as advanced chipset setup option is not available. Registry editor method is also not working for me.

Stop messing with the registry before you cause a problem.

Your best option is to get a new computer that is supported on Windows 10.
