How do you convert from Windows Basic Display Drivers to Intel?

I just got Windows 10, and I was going to use a program, but it said that I needed to replace the display driver. I had Intel, but the instructions said to delete it and wait for the zip file so you can reinstall it. Well, it didn't come, and now I'm stuck with Windows Basic. I downloaded a the driver zip file from the internet, but it doesn't work.

I would like to get more information in order to help you, could you please let us know your system configuration (CPU model and motherboard manufacturer)? Where did you get the driver?
