You have an I5-2400 processor, which is not supported on WIndows 10.
This processor's graphics are also not supported on windows 10. You are using the Microsoft Generic adapter, which lacks performance and features.

If you are a laptop, no, there is nothing you can do.
If you are a desktop, you might be able to get an amd or nvidia graphics card that is compatible with your desktop. Compatible is the key word here.

The best thing for you to do is to take the desktop to a local PC repair shop and tell them you want an nvidia graphics card that is supported on WIndows 10. I say nvidia because it is likely you have a better chance of compatibility with nvidia rather than amd.
Or, get a new desktop system that is fully supported on Windows 10.
