How should i update a Processor Intel(R) Celeron(R) N4020 CPU @ 1.10GHz, 1101 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logi

I have a friend who currently thinks he has an outdated graphics driver and when I checked all the drivers not one was compatible with his driver. I was wondering if I was wrong or it is actually stuck for him.

Thee driver you should be using is that for Intel® 6th-10th Gen Processor Graphics. The latest driver package is available here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/762755. I suggest you manually download this package and attempt to install it. If this attempt fails, try the following:

  1. Disable Internet access. Disconnect Ethernet cable and/or disable Wireless.
  2. Uninstall the current driver.
  3. Reboot, keeping Internet access disabled.
  4. Install the new driver.
  5. Reenable Internet.
  6. Test.
