How to Disable Hot keys for all users?

Hi, I work in a secondry school and would like to disable the hot key function and tray icon for all users in the registry. I have the HD Graphics driver 4600. There is nothing in the Run setion of the bios. Any help on this would be appreciated?

The settings that you are requesting are handling by the operating system. It will be necessary to create an administrative account and 1 employee or student account with fewer privileges.

Operating system handles the registry of your computer.

BIOS enables I/O ports and customizes system performance.
