How to I get intel graphic control panel without microsoft store?

My SSI document is below. Please help I can't download the graphic control panel app from microsoft store because my windows 10 is 1809 it is impossible to download app from microsoft store and I already ınstalled the latest version of DCH driver my cpu is i5 10300H 2.5.ghz please help.
