How to Increase Notebook's Dedicated Memory

I have a dell inspiron 14 5458 old that I decided to reactivate it has 16gb of ram but only 64 mb dedicated to video I would like to increase that amount.

 

 

I know that the Intel HD graphics 5500 is smart and reallocates according to need, but even when an application consumes more memory it starts it automatically shuts off automatically preventing application usage.

Sorry for any spelling mistakes english is not my native language.
