How to check if my own control panel version is Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel Version 8.x or lower？How to download other versions of the control panel？

Prior to the arrival of the DCH drivers, the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel was built into the Intel HD Graphics driver packages. For Windows 10 1809 and the DCH drivers, there is the version of the tool available through the Microsoft App Store and that's it. There is no separate release point for this Control Panel.
