How to disable Ctrl Alt F12 hotkey combination?

Hi there,

We have 6 dell optiplex 745 workstations with onboard Intel graphic card. Students keep playing with graphic settings. I did try to disable ctrl alt F12 hotkeys, but it only works on account that is currently logged in. As soon as other student logs in this is enabled by default, so they mess it up again. It is very anoying and I can`t find the way to disable this option for everyone who logs in to our domain. Can anyone help please?

Just found the solution.I have disabled hkcmd.exe in startup and hotkeys don`t work anymore.
