I've two cards on my computer, and the monitor is connected with nvidia card.
So how to enable the intel card?
---
The output of wmi is below:
wmic:root\cli>path win32_videocontroller
AcceleratorCapabilities AdapterCompatibility AdapterDACType AdapterRAM Availability CapabilityDescriptions Caption
NVIDIA Integrated RAMDAC 2147483648 3 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti
Intel Corporation Internal 1073741824 8 Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600
it says the availability of intel card is 8(offline), so how the change it to 3(run)?

Most systems, when you insert an add-on (nvidia) card, disable the onboard (Intel) graphics.
Remove your nvidia card, plug your monitor into the onboard port, and test.
Now, some BIOS will allow you to use both. Check your bios settings to see if you have this capability. If you do not know how, contact your system/motherboard manufacturer.
