How to enable the integrated graphics on a Sony Vaio?

I own a Sony Vaio VPC-EC2M1E with an Intel i3-350M. Dedicated graphics is an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 but I can't use the built-in Intel HD Graphics. There's no BIOS option to enable the IGP, so is there a way to do this? If the processor supports it, there's no reason to disable it, especially because the ATI supports Hybrid Graphics.
