How to get intel graphic control panel on windows 10 LTSC 1809 since LTSC versions do not have windows store ?

The title says it all. I installed the this LTSC version with driver DHC which do not install any control panel for the driver. SO when I connect the OS to the internet, windows does not download any GUI for the driver.

LTSC 1809 does download a GUI for the driver with driver 25.20.100.6374 which is before the split DHC-DC.

Gee, I wonder if Intel even thought about this possibility. I am not seeing a standalone IGCP download 😮

You can add the windows store to LTSB or LTSC, but it's not official.
