How to improve frame rate in Q45 Express chipset? that's slow when runing on two monitors

Hello, all

While investigating a critical low frame rate issue with Intel Q45/Q43 Epress chipset and on board video card, I found that

1) in two monitors (800x600 each one) extended window mode (not full screen mode), it's highest frame rate is 44

2) in single monitor (800x600) full screen mode, it's highest frame rate is 981

To simplying the question, I draw no graphics except the frame rate string. the CPU is Intel Core2 Duo E7400

My question is that how can I imorve the frame rate in the two monitor mode?

Any suggestion is much appreciated!
