How to increase vram of intel UHD 620 graphics ? Help!!

BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. X512FA.308, 8/4/2020

Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 12.0 GB

Display Name Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620

Total available graphics memory  6198 mb

Dedicated video memory  128 mb

can i increase my dedicated  video memory?

If i can tell me how? ...please

Increase dedicated memory?  No.  It serves no purpose in today's world.

Increase system memory?  Yes.   The graphics will allocate up to 50% of your system memory (which is what you are currently seeing).  So, add as much memory as the motherboard will allow.
