How to install the OpenGL driver on Intel HD Graphics 3000? :c

I had Windows 7, then I installed Windows 10, then I downloaded the drivers on the video card and installed them.

I need OpenGL. I can't find it anywhere. Maybe I missed something during the installation of the driver?😭

OpenGL is included in the driver.

 

Be aware that only OpenGL 3.1 is supported in the HD3000 graphics driver:

Also be aware that HD3000 graphics are not supported on Windows 10:
