How to lower contrast below 40?

I was trying to lower the contrast of my laptop screen.

But the lowest value of contrast in Intel Graphics Control Panel is 40.

I want to set contrast lower than 40.

What can I do?

Allow me to share with you that the contrast minimum value would be depending on the present display capabilities in this case since you have motioned that you have a laptop I would recommend verifying the display capabilities with the original equipment manufacturer.
