My sony Vaio has Intel HD 4000 graphics (10.18.10.4252)with Nvidia GEForce740M graphics(10.18.13.5362).But when I update either of them I'm getting VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL ERROR BSOD .So I had to revert to my previous outaded driver. This happened when I used Windows 8.1.Now I upgraded to Windows 10.Still I have the same issue .I use Sony VAIO SVF15213SN .Please resolve this issue. Please don't suggest me the intel driver update utility.I always upgraded using the same. Please suggest me a updated driver that work with NVIDIA graphics

HelloVivekParasa ,

As previously mentioned byivanu_intel the recommended drivers are the ones provided by the system manufacturer for the specific and officially supported Operating Systems.

Sony* website does not officially provide the drivers for Windows 10* at http://www.sony.co.in/support/product/svf15213sn Support for SVF15213SN : VAIO® Fit 14E/15E : VAIO™ Laptop & Computer : Sony India

Thus, I recommend contacting Sony* in order to confirm with them if Windows* 10 is officially supported by the Laptop they manufactured.

Your system is an OEM PC so I recommend updating the drivers from your system manufacturer website as they are the proper drivers for your system, you can install the driver using the Intel® Driver update utility but this tool provides generic drivers and it can give problems when drivers are install in OEM systems.
