I accidentally uninstalled my Intel graphics card drivers and following the online guides is not working. If I just factory reset my computer will that automatically reinstall them?

Just go back to a restore point before your deletion.

​I tried that there aren't any it's a fairly new computer so there isn't really anything on here I would loose from a factory reset. That why I was wondering

Then, just do a "Windows Reset".
