Hello Dr.Ahmed:

I looked for the specifications for the B5400 Lenovo® laptop, and based on them it seems that the graphics controller the laptop is using is: Intel® HD Graphics 4600, here is the link where you can confirm that:

http://www.lenovo.com/shop/emea/content/pdf/Lenovo/bseries/en/B5400DSEN.pdf http://www.lenovo.com/shop/emea/content/pdf/Lenovo/bseries/en/B5400DSEN.pdf

So, please get in to device manager and try to un-installed the current graphics driver, right click on it and select un-install or delete, then please install the following driver manually, it is driver version 4463 the latest version available for Intel® HD Graphics 4600:

Instructions to install the driver manually:

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html

Driver 4463:

On the following link you will see a graphics driver from Lenovo's web site, you can also try this driver:

Also, I found a site that shows a possible fix for this problem:

http://www.troublefixers.org/laptops/fix-system-thread-exception-not-handled-in-windows-10/590/ http://www.troublefixers.org/laptops/fix-system-thread-exception-not-handled-in-windows-10/590/

If after trying those drivers the problem remains, then the best thing to do will be to get in contact with Lenovo directly to get further assistance, maybe a BIOS update is needed:
