Issue Description:
When browsing with Chrome, Edge, or Brave, pages do not render until I switch tabs or minimize and restore the browser window. The loading indicator spins, but the content stays blank. After switching tabs, the page instantly appears.
This also happens with internal pages like chrome://flags and browser settings.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Chrome (or Edge/Brave).
2. Search for something or open chrome://flags.
3. Observe: Page keeps loading and remains blank.
4. Switch to another tab and then return: Page appears instantly.
What I Tried:
- Fresh Windows 10 installation (22H2).
- Installed latest Intel HD Graphics 615 drivers and also tried older versions.
- Disabled hardware acceleration in browsers.
- Used Chrome flags and launch options like "--disable-gpu".
- Same issue on all Chromium-based browsers.
- Firefox works normally.
System Details:
- OS: Windows 10 22H2 (fully updated)
- GPU: Intel HD Graphics 615
- CPU: [Insert CPU details]
- RAM: [Insert RAM details]
Additional Info:
This seems to be a redraw/occlusion bug with Chromium and Intel integrated graphics. Please investigate or provide a workaround.
