I can't change refresh rate from 60hz to 75hz. I recently plugged my monitor via d-sub to my msi ge70-2oe ( hd4600+gtx765m) and im stuck with 60hz. I wanted to add custom resolution but CustomModeApp.exe is not starting. I'm using windows 7 x64.
