I can't get a picture on my third monitor though the machine recognizes it

I just received this machine (from Costco https://www.costco.com/Lenovo-Flex-4-Series-2-in-1-Touchscreen-Laptop---Intel-Core-i7---2GB-Graphics---1080p.product.100315654.html https://www.costco.com/Lenovo-Flex-4-Series-2-in-1-Touchscreen-Laptop---Intel-Core-i7---2GB-Graphics...) in the mail and it's been a mess to get set up in regards to the graphics. It has an integrated Intel HD Graphics 620 card and a dedicated 2GB AMD Radeon R7 M460 Graphics card. I have two main issues:

1. I keep getting a BSOD related to dxgmmm2.sys when the Radeon card is enabled. I found the computer is stable and working just fine when it's disabled. I've tried installing a new/updated driver but I have to enable the driver to do that (then the BSOD comes within seconds of the computer accessing it).
2. The Intel card does not output any image to the third monitor I have connected via a USB/VGA adapter. Though the machine recognizes it and allows windows to move off into that monitor, there is no picture. I can see the display and third monitor on the Windows options to view "Display Settings" though the third monitor does not appear in the Intel Graphics Control Panel. The monitor is on, connected, and works properly. It flashes when I start up the computer and make changes to the display. I've also done a factory reset on the monitor a couple of times to no avail. I also noticed the Intel Graphics Control Panel crashes when I click on "Options and Support."

I've reinstalled the drivers and software from the Lenovo support site with no luck either. Any ideas how I can get this running correctly?

Hello abarrera,

I understand you are trying to connect a third monitor to your computer. Let me apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing to you. According to Costco's website that computer comes with just one video port. Since there is just one video port the system has been designed to work with up to two displays (built-in and/or HDMI). This is hardware limitation of the motherboard itself. We cannot guarantee the system will be able to recognize the USB to VGA adapter. Our graphics controller will only recognize the video ports that come embedded to the motherboard. For the blue screen of death issue you are having with the AMD Radeon R7 M460 GPU I recommend contacting Lenovo* so they can provide more advanced troubleshooting steps for it.
