Then you should simply ignore IDSA, as it has issues which defy logic.

IDSA ?

If it can help, the driver was "manufactured" or something like that, so I manually installed the intel driver and passed trough tons of messages error, maybe it is why the product is a bit odd.

IDSA = Intel Driver and Support Assistant

Is your device a laptop or desktop? Provide the manufacturer name and complete model number.

I am unable to find your laptop on the asus site.

Run this utility and attach the results: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility Download Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*

One of the Intel support staff will be able to help you?

Hello azeazeaet,

Thank you for joining the Intel Community Support.

I understand that you cannot update your graphics driver using the Intel® DSA. I will try to provide further information about it.

As stated by Al Hill, installing the graphics driver manually is the recommended step to resolve this issue. According to our Download Center, you have the latest graphics driver installed in your system, so you may skip this message from the tool. You may also use Chrome, Firefox, Edge or IE v11 browsers.

In addition, make sure you have the latest version of the Intel® DSA installed in your computer.
