Some simple questions: What motherboard and processor do you have? Just the model numbers please.

And, What operating system?

Oh, I see you posted here:

There is no updated chipset inf for Windows 10 for your Mobile 4 series express chipset. It is not supported on Windows 10.

That's correct; the Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family does not support Windows® 10, at the other post you created there is a link for the operating system supported for the chipset.
