In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. Have you contacted the manufacturer of your computer to confirm if the "iGPU multi-monitor" shows differently on their BIOS?
2. What is the brand and model name of your laptop or motherboard (if is a desktop)?
3. What is the brand and model name of your processor?
4. What is the graphics driver version installed?
5. What is the BIOS version installed?
6. What is the operating system build and version installed?
7. Is this issue recent or did the tool used to work?
