We know nothing about your computer. Tell us about it.

What operating system? Windows 10? What version? 1903?

What is the model number of your computer?

Is this a laptop or desktop? If laptop, have you contacted the laptop manufacturer?

If laptop, are you using the drivers provided by the laptop manufacturer?

What is the processor model number?

What anti-virus product do you have?

What graphics do you have?

Answer all the questions.
