I have a issue installing intel HD graphics

i have dell inspiron 3542 windows 8.1 pro. when install intel HD Graphics drvier screen goes black but when i bought it same windows was working fine with intel HD graphics.

when i reinstall windows the graphics driver are not working

help me solving this problem...
