I have a problem in install or uninstall Intel OpenCL SDK 2017 R2 for Windows

I try to uninstall Intel OpenCL SDK 2017 R2 for Windows via Control Panel and it's not show anyone window or some messages.

I tried also via the installer (intel_sdk_for_opencl_2017_7.0.0.2567.exe), just try to launch the install and it don't run and not show anyone, just exit immediately without some message.
