To better assist you please provide the following information:
- Do you get any error message while running the game? If so please provide the error message.
- Please provide the games that are experiencing this behavior.
- What is the model of the PC that was running these games before?
Please run the following tool and attach the reports generated:
1. Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU):
Intel® SSU Download link
2. Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
3. Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
4. To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
