I have an Intel UHD 620 Graphics Card on a lenovo flex 5-15 attached to an LG lg 32uk50t-W (new version of 32ud59-b monitor) 4k monitor capable of 4k @ 60hz and I can only get it to display 4k @ 30 hz. How can I fix this?

Hello MTom0 Thank you for posting in the Intel Community. Bear in mind that this behavior can be because of a limitation on the graphics bandwidth for the video port on the system. What is the model of the Intel® processor? What video output are you using to connect the external display? Have you confirm with Lenovo if the 4K @60Hz resolution is supported for the external display? Hope this helps. Regards, Leonardo C. Hello MTom0 Thank you for the information. The Intel® Core™ i7-8550U Processor (https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/122589/intel-core-i7-8550u-processor-8m-cache-up-to-4-00-ghz.html) supports the following resolution 4096x2304@24Hz on Max Resolution (HDMI 1.4), I recommend confining with Lenovo what is the laptop's port capabilities for resolution, bear in mind that the internal design of the motherboard might include video converters from HDMI® to DP. In addition you can review/confirm that the video cable revision supports the video bandwidth for 4K @60Hz. Lenovo support: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/ Hope this helps. Regards, Leonardo C.
