I have an Intel UHD Graphics 630 chip (in a Dell OptiPlex 3060 which has 1 X DisplayPort out and 1 X HDMI out) and I'm trying to output to 4 screens.

I'm using a DisplayPort to HMDI splitter (Startech Multistream transport hub Part # STDP123HD) for 3 screens then 1 x HDMI. Is this possible as I can only manage to output to the 3 screens from the DisplayPort to HDMI splitter?
