I have been trying to connect my dell monitor to my main dell computer running intel graphics 620 but no matter what I do it will no recognize my HDMI cable, it works when wireless but wont recognize the HDMI when plugged in. How can I fix this?

You have to go into the monitor settings and tell it that your connection is HDMI, not auto or wireless.

I setup one of these monitors. This setting will sometimes restore itself to the default, which is not what you want.

Nice monitor, and a little troublesome to setup.

Oh ok thank you how do I do that? I’m not seeing it on display settings

I do not have access to the monitor I used. Best to contact Dell for support of their monitor.
