What is an e210882 ?  Provide the motherboard model number.  Look on the board for a sticker.  It will begin with a "D".

Do you know that the GT 750 is good?

Did you make any bios changes to video settings?

Is the photo you took with the monitor plugged into the GT 750?

Is your BIOS at the latest/last revision?

It's a DH77EB

The gpu is good

I didn't made any change in the bios unless allowing the graphic card in first if it's plugged in

Yes, the photo is when it's plugged in the gt 750

I can't update my bios so I think I'm in the last version

Remove the card, and check the bios version by using F2 to enter the bios at boot.

Again, how do you know the card is good?  Does it work in another machine?

Ok, you have a DH77EB motherboard:

https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/59505/intel-desktop-board-dh77eb.html

You have bios 0053, but the latest/last is 0103.  You can download the .BIO file from here:

https://web.archive.org/web/20191119131212/https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24426/BIOS-Update-EBH7710H-86A-?product=59505

So, you need to update your bios first.

The GT 750 is removed, correct?

You put the .bio file on a usb2 stick?

Insert the stick into one of the black ports on the  rear of the  board.

When you boot, start hitting F7.  You should see the bios update screen.

After the bios update (the next boot), F2, then F9, then F10.

Now,  after all of this, tell me your OS, and are you booting in legacy or UEFI mode?

How many sticks of memory do you have?  If more than one, remove all but one and try again.  If that does not work, try another stick.

Could bee bad mamory....

But, in the meantime, let's try bios recovery:

https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/boardsandkits/BIOS-Recovery-Update-Instructions.pdf

There will be a yellow jumper on your board.  Note the pins.  The jumper should be covering pins 1 and 2.

Follow the instructions in the above doc.
