I need a driver for windows 10 that supports OpenGL for an i3-2100 I haven't been able to find one, the automatic download for the driver doesn't have it

I haven't been able to find one, the automatic download for the driver doesn't have it, so I am unable to play modded minecraft with my friends. I've looked at a ton of solutions to people with the same problem, but their solutions don't work for me (and if you watch didn't work for them either). any timeline on when a driver with openGL will become available for windows 10 for my system?
