I accidentally upgraded my OS from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Pro (Hate it! unfortunately can't roll back..) My problem is that every time Windows 10 updates and shut down, when turn back on the network adapters fail to recognize the drivers. I have to resetting it to original. Where can get an update drivers for my network adapter or where I can disable auto update from Microsoft.
My motherboard: Intel Desktop Board DP55WB with a build-in, Intel 82578DC Gigabit Network Adapter. Drivers Version 12.12.50.6, Driver Date: 3/20/2015

Hello Jimmy.Trieu:
In regard to your inquiry, sine the Intel® DP55WB motherboard is not compatible or supported on Windows® 10, so there are no drivers available for that operating system, as you can confirm on the following link:
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/desktop-boards/000005640.html?wapkw=legacy+intel+desktop+boards http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/desktop-boards/000005640.html?wapkw=legacy+intel+desktop+boards
In regard to the Windows updates, I found a link where it shows how to disable that option:
https://mspoweruser.com/turn-off-windows-update-windows-10/ https://mspoweruser.com/turn-off-windows-update-windows-10/
On the following link you will find the LAN driver for that board, but as you can see it is compatible with some specific operating systems:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/21942/LAN-Intel-PRO-Network-Connections-LAN-Driver?product=41162 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/21942/LAN-Intel-PRO-Network-Connections-LAN-Driver?product=41162
So, at this point the next thing to do will be to re-install from Windows from scratch, could be Windows® 7, Vista or XP, in order to be able to install the proper drivers.
Any questions, please let me know.
Regards
Alberto
