I need to find my graphics card drivers, but all it is telling me is "Intel(R) HD Graphics Family" and nothing else. I am trying to update them for Runescape's newest NXT Client but its giving me the fits, and I'm at my wits end, any ideas?

Provide your processor model, and the manufacturer make and model of your PC/laptop, as well as the OS revision.

Also, run dxdiag and provide the "device" information on the "display" tab.

With that information, the Intel support staff can help you.

Processor: Intel Core i3-4010U CPU @1.70GHz (4 CPUs), ~1.7GHz

Manufacturer Make: Hewlett-Packard

Manufacturer Model: HP 15 TS Notebook PC

OS revision: Not sure what that is, but I do know that OS means operating System. In that case, it's Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 10586)

Hello, sfogle54:

Thank you for contacting the Intel Communities.

The generic drivers for your system would be: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25860/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-15-40-4th-Gen-?product=81497 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25860/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-15-40-4th-Gen-?product=81497

While using OEM systems like yours, the recommendation is to download and install the drivers from your computer's manufacturer website.

This is to avoid losing any special features or settings while using the generic drivers from Intel.

The other option would be to access the manufacturer's webiste of your device seach by model and look for the latest drivers available there.

I look forward to your outcome with this.

I would like to request a report from your system in order to gather the necessary information and provide you with a driver that works for you.

It would only be required to access the following link and download the utility: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

After scanning your computer, you can export and attach the file in your answer here (in your answer).

I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,

So far it has worked, the game that is. We will have to see the long term effects though, see if it holds up.
