I questioned a game supplier regarding how to run a game in full screen. One of the suggested solutions was to use this link. https://communities.intel.com/servlet/JiveServlet/showImage/2-205030-233135/Snapshot+1+%2805-09-2013+22-40%29.png

Unfortunately the link was to the forum website and not a .png image

Are you able to show me how to open the image.

Hello CBroa1,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

The link shared goes to the main page of Intel® Community, can you please let us know what is the name of the game and your system configuration by running the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*.

1. Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU)

  • Intel® SSU Download link
  • Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
  • Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
  • To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".

Attach the result to the thread.

Best regards,

Hello Adrian M_Intel,

Thank you for your reply.

Another 'customer' in the forum was able to give me assistance which worked.

However, I will keep your email for future reference should I need a more advanced request to use the Intel SSU.

Please consider this post as answered and can be closed.

Regards, Colin

Hi Al.Hill,

Thank you for your two replies to my post.

Both were helpful and found Ctrl+Alt+f11 worked.

Also appreciate the link to the wikipedia page.

Regards, Colin
