I recently formatted my pc and forgot to backup EVERYTHING

rookie mistake, I know, but i was wishing anyone could help me with this one.

I downloaded the intel driver update utility and downloaded a bunch of drivers and tried to install them, but most of them failed, most importantly the intel hd graphics driver, which said that the pc does not meet the minimum requirements.

obviously I checked and it does... PLEASE HELP
