I was trying to update my driver by downloading the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant but when I download it and hit install it appears 0x80072EFD: unknown installation problem.

What is your laptop or system/motherboard model number?

IDSA is not intended for non-intel boards. You should be using the driver update tool provided by your laptop or system/motherboard manufacturer, if they have one.

There are many exclusions to non-intel boards.

Your processors are discontinued and not supported.

Also, Windows 7 is DEAD.

"but my driver are from intel no??"

Maybe. Or they could have been modified by ASUStek. But, that is not your question. You are asking about IDSA, not a driver.
