So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).

Hello kissthewhip,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
Please help us to confirm the following information:
1. What is the exact driver version that causes those Windows to become transparent?
2. Provide the Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers, follow this link.
3. Does the same issue happen if you use the driver provided by your system manufacturer (OEM)? You should try the following steps to do a clean installation:
1. Download the latest driver and save it on the computer: https://www.msi.com/Content-Creation/support/Creator-17M-A10SD#down-driver&Win10%2064
2. Disconnect from the Internet so no new drivers are automatically installed by Windows Update.
3. Uninstall the driver and the Intel Graphics Command Center from Control Panel > Programs and Features.
4. Restart the computer.
5. Confirm in Device Manager > Video Adapters the controller is listed as 'Microsoft Basic Display Adapter' > if not, repeat steps 2 through 4.
6. If the adapter continues to be listed as ‘Intel HD Graphics’ or similar, and no other Intel Graphics driver is listed under 'Programs and Features' for removal, then it means Windows has switched to a previously installed Legacy driver. At this point we can remove Legacy drivers from Device Manager:
- Right-click on 'Intel HD Graphics' or similar, and select 'Uninstall Device'
- In the pop-up window make sure 'Delete the driver software for this device' is checked.
- Click on 'Uninstall'.
- Restart. (Repeat steps 6.1.1 through 6.1.4 until the device gets listed as 'Microsoft Basic Display Adapter')
7. Install the DCH driver that was downloaded in step 1.
8. Restart the computer.
9. Reconnect to the Internet.
If the issue does not happen with this driver, then it should be because you need to use the OEM customized drivers only, as some laptops will have these type of problems with the Intel generic drivers.
