Intel HD Graphics 4600 driver incompatible but Intel doesn't list any other drivers, yet I've found updated drivers in the past that worked to correct the problem. Why can't I find them now?

You still do not provide your processor model number.
The latest and last driver for 4600 is here:

Thanks so much! That was the driver I was trying to find, but for some reason the Driver Support Assistant only showed the driver that was installed and said there were no updated drivers for my system. I had the same problem before, but I was able to find that driver and install it. Recently I had to reinstall Windows 10, and this time I couldn't find that driver. Thanks so much for your help. After I installed the new driver, Core Isolation still didn't work. I had to delete the old driver from my system, even though it wasn't installed. Then I was able to turn on Core Isolation.
