Incorrect mode detection by HD 4600 "Digital Television"

Intel hd (4600) grapich control panel 'Select screen' i see only "digital television" I wanted to connect to the TV , (multi monitor) but then I gave up. but does this change. connected with a single screen hdmi.last desktop grapichs driver updated (10.18.10.4080). appear "digital television" Is it the problem?
