Installation of win64_154012 causes a DriverPackageInstall error 0x3AFC
Does it fail every single time, or only sometimes?

Have you tested by installing driver manually?

Manual installation from zip file worked, using the device manager. So I could install the latest beta driver 20.19.15.4326.
