Installing Graphics Driver Stuck

Its been stuck on this for about 2 hours and I don't know what to do: C:Programs Files(x86)\Intel\Intel(R) Processor Graphics\uninstall\UninstallVulkanRT.exe

Installing Driver: Intel(R) Iris(TM) Graphics 5100

Version: 20.19.15.5058

I am really confused, any help will be greatly appreciated
