Before we continue further, can you confirm if the issue started after installing the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) or after installing a driver?
Have you checked this issue with the computer manufacturer?

Thanks for the response. Before we proceed, I would like to confirm the following:
1. Are you using a laptop or desktop computer?
2. After the driver was installed, did the computer turn again?
3. Are you able to reinstall the operating system?
4. Are you able to reinstall the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA)?
5. Have you checked this issue with the computer manufacturer?
