Hi,
Each time when updating the graphics IRIS 6100 drivers on the intel I5-5257u cpu the screen turns black and never turns on again.
I have to reinstall windows everytime this happens. Or via cmd uninstall the drivers manually, otherwhise it doesnt fix the problem.
Is there any alternative, because i'm now using the standard graphics preloaded in the bootloader of windows 10?
See the following video in attached file.
Kind regards
Maxime

Hi,
The laptop is a MEDION AKOYA E6418
https://tweakers.net/pricewatch/472138/medion-akoya-e6418-md-99620/specificaties/
And yes I downloaded the drivers 2 ways, via the intel driver update tool.
And via windows update, additional updates, graphics drivers.
My current solution is to use the standard graphics drivers preloaded with a fresh install of windows.
The one that comes via a bootable USB drive.
But that gives the issue that you cant use yr hdmi to project a screen.
Kind regards
