Intel ARC B580 in an Asus Prime B650M-A II stuck at 1 PCIE lane and 2.5GT/s

Good day, I bought an Intel ARC B580 to replace a Nvidia Geforce 1660. I have an Asus Prime B650m-A II motherboard. I use Fedora 42 Workstation Linux. I enabled BAR, followed all instructions, and even installed all intel software for Linux, and the card is stuck at 1 PCIE lane and 2.5GT/s. I even consulted Gemini and Mistral, followed every advice, and nothing. What should I do?

Hello lfav2012,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

To get a better understanding of the issue and be able to provide an effective recommendation, please provide the missing key information here:

1) Can you describe further about the issue when you said "card is stuck at 1 PCIE lane and 2.5GT/s."?

2) Is the issue out-of-the-box or has it worked before it failed?

3) May I know what Intel software for Linux has been installed?

4) What BIOS version is currently installed?

5) PSU specs used on this PC setup.

Additionally, I highly appreciate you sharing your system configuration so I can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for the Linux* Operating System. You may check the Help Guide for Intel® System Support Utility Process (Linux) on how to generate the log file.

I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

JeanetteC.
