Intel ARC Control App update always times out

I have been facing the issue for a long time and browsed many other people's complaints on the forum, but those solutions were not feasible. The issue of update timed out persists. I have attached the image of the problem pop-up. Please look into it quickly. Please revert asap.

Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system, such as the graphics driver version, the complete model of your graphics card, etc. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.
